2006, RPS, Race Bank, Docking Shoal and Lincs Offshore Cable Route, Intertidal Habitat Appraisal series https://portal.medin.org.uk/portal/start.php?tpc=015_42142a96b03850f1b39cbae914c989a0 RPS have been requested by Centrica Energy to give an Environmental Appraisal of the intertidal habitats along the proposed Lincs, Docking Shoal and Race Bank cable route, as part of an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for a Round 2 offshore wind farm development. This appraisal uses existing published data to evaluate the benthic communities within the vicinity of the proposed cable route corridor, to assess their importance relative to the wider Wash area, and in comparison to other similar habitats. Given that the previous datasets are somewhat dated, a survey of the biological resources along the route corridor was conducted and a temporal comparison of these resources was made. 20060801 20060711
