<dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Wessex Archaeology was commissioned by Natural Power to carry out an Archaeological Assessment as a component of the overall Environmental Impact Assessment for the proposed NaREC Offshore Demonstration Project, located off Blyth, Northumberland. The assessment has been prepared in support of an application for consent to construct and operate the proposed project. The assessment comprises an archaeological baseline study and archaeological assessment of geophysical data (collected by EGS Ltd.) over an Archaeological Study Area (ASA) created around the footprint of the project at the largest extent of the possible array combinations currently under consideration.</dc:description>
