  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">This report summarises the findings of the two first year pre-construction otter and beam trawl surveys undertaken in the area of the proposed Lincs offshore wind farm, located five miles off the coast of Skegness. The first survey was undertaken between the 8th and 9th September and the second was undertaken between the 2nd and 4th October 2010.
The surveys utilised the &#x201C;Jubilee Spirit&#x201D; , a Grimsby based commercial demersal trawler whose skipper has experience fishing the area.
