  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">The Pre-Construction Baseline Monitoring Report read in conjunction with the attached survey reports, constitutes the Pre-Construction Baseline Monitoring Report for Array 2, as required under Condition 5.2.14 of the Marine Licence. It presents the findings of the pre-construction Annex I habitats; benthic ecology; fish; shellfish; ornithology; marine
mammals and geophysical surveys.

Section 3 summarises the Marine Licence conditions that have been discharged either wholly or partially through the production of monitoring plans, the pre-construction surveys, and the production of survey reports.

Pre-construction survey reports for Benthic Ecology (BOD-101-04-NPC-MWL-00008-A-01 and 00010-A-01), Fish
and Shellfish Ecology (BOD-101-04-NPC-MWL-00007-A-01) and Birds and Marine Mammals (BOD-101-04-BODMWL-
00022-A-01) are appended to this report (Annex A-C).</dc:description>
