<dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">DONG Energy Renewables requested the PLA to provide geophysical and hydrographic survey works
along 9km of the Phase 3 Gunfleet Sands Demo Offshore Windfarm Site (OWF) proposed cable
export route and proposed turbine sites for UXO clearance purposes.

The PLA conducted the hydrographic (Multi Beam Echo Sounder (MBES)) element of the survey over
the Gunfleet Sands site (Survey area delineated by the shape file
Geophysical_Survey_Area_Planned_201203012.shp provided by DONG energy) on the 26th and 27th
of March 2012. The equipment spread included a Reson 8125H MBES with Post-processed
Kinematic (PPK) positioning via Applanix POS-MV GPS-aided inertial navigation system.

In April 2012 EGS (International) Ltd was commissioned to provide support to the project
undertaking the geophysical element of the survey with the objective to identify any Unexploded
Ordnance (UXO) threat or other seabed obstruction that may pose a hazard to the export cables,
array cables and WTG foundation.</dc:description>
