<dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">This brief report concerns the analysis of boat mounted ADCP data recorded outside
Lynmouth bay on the 27th and 28th March 2005.

Data from this survey can be found
on the “Fugro GEOS Reference No C10637”, an accompanying survey
completed by Titan Environmental Surveys Ltd, entitled “Bristol Channel: Lynmouth
Site Survey” should also be used along with this report.

The survey area was rectangular in shape, stretching roughly 4.5 km east-west and 800m north-south and was positioned just offshore of Foreland Ledge, a shallow bank approximately 1km north of Foreland point.
The two main objectives of this report are as follows:
1. To select a location within the surveyed area as the best possible turbine site
(highest current) and check the directional stability of the flow at this position.
2. To determine the mean spring current at the chosen location</dc:description>
