The scope of work for the study was to make a fit-for-purpose navigational risk assessment for the project, recommend minimum hub clearance, recommend a safe and cost effective arrangement of navigational aids and risk reducing measures, to recommend the definition of appropriate safety and exclusion zones and to outline SAR(Search and Rescue)plans.</dc:description>
