  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">RPS contracted Wildfowl &amp; Wetlands Trust (Consulting) Limited (WWT Consulting) to provide weekly counts of peak numbers of Pink-footed Geese Anser brachyrhynchus and Whooper Swans Cygnus cygnus on the WWT Martin Mere reserve in Lancashire. These data were to help inform consent licensing requirements at Walney and Ormonde offshore wind farms. Counts were to take place from the week commencing 4th September to the week commencing 25th December, 2011.</dc:description>
