  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">This report was produced to provide a summary of the results of the pre-construction baseline monitoring for the Teesside Offshore Wind Farm. This monitoring was required as part of the conditions attached to the FEPA consent and followed the programme set out within the Environmental Monitoring Plan.The pre-construction monitoring comprised the following elements, which were completed between March and December 2010: Geophysical surveys, benthic surveys, fish surveys and a literature search and assessment of electromagnetic fields (EMF) was also undertaken to discuss the potential impacts upon sensitive species.
