  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">NOAH (Narec Offshore Anemometry Hub) is a meteorological mast based in approximately 38m of water. It has a a lattice meteorological mast with 7 instruments mounted on it. Data is recorded as a 10 minute numerical average of wind speeds recorded on a 1 second basis. This series contains all of the reports, instrumentation details, mast set up, maintenance details as well as the actual data recovered by the instruments. 
Please note that no "cleaned" data is generated by NOAH, only raw output from the logging systems.</dc:description>
