  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">The purpose of the surveys was to provide data on the fish and shellfish populations which is comparable to that collected during the EIA baseline (hereon referred to as EIA) in 2010/2011 and the pre-construction survey in 2016 respectively, along with the first two years of post-construction monitoring (2018 &amp; 2019), in order to enable the detection of changes in the fish and shellfish communities of the area.

The report in this series has been produced in order to provide BODL with the findings of year three otter trawl and potting surveys, which were undertaken by Natural Power Consultants Ltd, in line with the licence conditions and subsequent variations and agreements with the MMO.</dc:description>
