  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">This report considers the potential for the proposed npower renewables (NR) Round 2 offshore wind farm
development to result in cumulative impacts with any other activities/developments existing or planned in
the area(s) known as Dudgeon Shoal/ Triton Knoll. It is the purpose of this report to provide an overview of
the potential and make recommendations for how to address this through the EIA process.
Specifically, this report aims to:
- Identify key sources of guidance on cumulative impact assessment in the UK, with particular
reference to the wind farm sector.
- Define the concept of Cumulative Impact Assessment (CIA).
- Identify other activities/developments within the region with the potential to create cumulative
impacts with the NR Round 2 development.
- Develop a screening matrix to identify specific sources of cumulative impact.
- Provide an initial assessment of the likelihood of potential cumulative impacts occurring.
- Identify further work to quantify any potential impacts.</dc:description>
