  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Cathie Associates were commissioned by NaREC to undertake the premliminary geotechnical report prior to construction.The objectives of the preliminary geotechnical investigation were to: investigate the distribution, thickness and geotechnical properties of the superficial Holocene and Quaternary deposits; investigate the distribution, thickness and geotechnical properties of the solid geology. The surveys took place in November 2010, and the laboratory analysis occured in December 2010 to January 2011.</dc:description>
