2011 Zone 4 Hornsea, EMU Intertidal Ecology Field Survey series https://portal.medin.org.uk/portal/start.php?tpc=015_8707478b-c723-4df3-a92c-ebc5df419063 Hornsea Project Two is a second development in the Hornsea Zone in the North Sea off the east coast of the UK. The development has the potential to comprise of several wind farm arrays in the centre of the Hornsea Zone, adjacent to Project One. The benthic characterisation survey of the Project Two Study area was conducted over seven days in July 2012. The results of this survey will inform the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process, in support of the planning (and consent) application for development of Project Two. The benthic ecology survey, including seabed video, sediment and contaminants sampling and epibenthic trawls was undertaken to acquire data to provide a robust benthic characterisation of the Project Two area. 20111021
