  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">In October, Osiris Projects were commissioned by DONG Walney (UK) Ltd to carry out an export cable route survey from the proposed Walney Offshore Windfarm (WOW 1). This survey was extended under Variation Order No1 to include a multibeam and side scan sonar survey of the Walney Offshore Windfarm (WOW2). The main objectives of the WOW 2 survey objectives were to determine the suitability of the proposed cable route and identify any seabed surface features which could impact on cable laying or trenching operations and locate potential Annex 1 Habitats for the complete WOW 2 offshore corridor by the use of high requency side scan survey.</dc:description>
