  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Wessex Archaeology (WA) was commissioned by Blyth Offshore Demonstrator Ltd (BODL) to carry out an archaeological assessment of high-resolution geophysical survey data collected in 2016 over the Array 2 and Export Cable Route (ECR) of the proposed Blyth Offshore Demonstrator Project (BODP). This work follows on from the previous assessment of 2015 geophysical data over the development (Wessex Archaeology 2015) and the baseline set out in the existing scheme-wide WSI (v8, Wessex Archaeology 2017).

This assessment consists of a review of sidescan sonar, magnetometer and multibeam bathymetry data acquired by Gardline Geosurvey Limited (Gardline) between May and July 2016 and nearshore survey data acquired by Titan Environmental Surveys Ltd. (Titan) in May 2016 over the Array 2 and ECR areas of the BODP.</dc:description>
