  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Titan Environmental Surveys Ltd was commissioned by Centrica to undertake a campaign ofmeasurements of currents, temperature, salinity and turbidity at four sites within the Lynn and Inner Dowsing Windfarm Development. The study employed continuous, high-frequency instrument-based monitoring at four sites, quality-controlled data processing, and integration of tidal predictions from Immingham (UKHO) alongside rigorous statistical and time-series analyses. 

Results indicated predominantly rectilinear tidal currents with flood tides often stronger than ebbs, differences in surface and near-bed residual drift, and significant variability related to tidal phase, with both current and turbidity showing spatial and temporal patterns relevant to sediment transport and land reclamation feasibility. Sensor performance and bio-fouling effects highlighted the necessity of robust instrument maintenance and ongoing monitored data collection. The study provides essential baseline and operational environmental data for planning, engineering, and regulatory compliance, recommending that Centrica use these quality-assured datasets and interpretations for future coastal management decisions and windfarm operation assessments.</dc:description>
