  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Offshore ground investigations were carried out at Coatham Sands, Teesside to obtain geotechnical information for the proposed windfarm. Two reports are included here; the first by Soil Mechanics from June 2008 and the second by GeoSea during April 2011. These investigations comprised of sonic drilled or rotary drilled boreholes and in situ testing and laboratory testing.
