  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Between December 2003 and November 2004, defined as Year 3 of this study, a total of seventeen boat surveys of birds and marine mammals were carried out around the Kentish Flats Wind Farm site. Approximately one third of these covered the wind farm site, the buffer and the control area, whilst the remainder covered only the wind farm site and the buffer. This Monitoring report in this series analyses the results of the 12 months of boat data collected from December 2003 to November 2004 for the Kentish Flats wind farm project, and aerial data collected over that period at the wind farm site and the surrounding area.</dc:description>
