  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Marine Ecological Surveys Limited (MESL) was commissioned by Xodus Group Limited, on behalf of Tidal Ventures Limited (TVL), to conduct a benthic survey, of the Torr Head Tidal Energy Array Agreement for Lease (AfL) area and proposed cable route options. The primary objectives of this study were to characterise the benthic environment, in addition to identifying the occurrence of any habitats or species of conservation concern. This report aims to inform the benthic ecology chapter within the Environmental Statement (ES) that is being produced for the development.</dc:description>
