  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Anatec was commissioned by Xodus Group Ltd on behalf of Hywind Scotland Limited (HSL) (hereafter referred to as &#x2018;Statoil&#x2019;) to perform a shipping and navigation assessment of the proposed Hywind Scotland Pilot Park Project in Buchan Deep off Peterhead. The report presents information on the proposed development relative to the baseline navigational activity and features for the area. Following this, an assessment of the impact of the proposed development on navigation is presented. The assessment forms part of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).</dc:description>
