  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">HR Wallingford has been commissioned by Westermost Rough Ltd. to provide support to the Marine Licence (reference L/2011/00305/1) condition 3.1.37 with regard to the development of a Coastal Monitoring Plan and Response Procedure (CMPRP) for the Westermost Rough Offshore Wind Farm. The purpose of the report provided within this series is to comply with Marine Licence condition 3.1.37. The report presents the proposed Coastal Monitoring Plan and Response Procedure (CMPRP) which forms part of the Environmental Monitoring Programme (EMP). It also includes a description of the existing East Riding of Yorkshire Council&#x2019;s (ERYC) regional coastal monitoring programme and a brief baseline assessment of coastal processes and past monitoring.</dc:description>
