  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Fugro EMU Limited (Fugro EMU) was commissioned by Scira Offshore Energy Limited to conduct a bathymetry and sidescan sonar survey of the Sheringham Shoal Offshore Wind Farm, a prescribed transit route and cable export corridor. The survey was required to fulfil Marine Management Organisation (MMO) requirements for post-construction monitoring of scour, trenched cables and debris. In order to meet these requirements, the scope of work required that Fugro EMU provide the following deliverables and reports:
- Accurate bathymetry across the Wind Farm and along the export corridors
- High resolution sidescan sonar across the entire survey area
- An archaeological assessment by subcontractor, Wessex Archaeology
The survey was undertaken between 1st November 2013 and 3rd December 2013 on board RV Discovery, all survey objectives and contractual requirements were achieved.</dc:description>
