  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Ornithological boat-based surveys have been conducted to inform of any changes to the abundance and distribution of species between the pre-construction and during-construction periods of the Lincs/LID6 Wind Farm. This interim report presents the results of the surveys during the period March to July 2012, which formed part of the Year 2 Construction period.

In general, numbers in 2012 were largely similar to those found in previous years within this period for all of the key species, and where there were some differences (e.g. Sandwich tern), it could not be determined with any confidence that this was due to the presence of Lincs/LID6 construction activities or part of a wider natural variation in numbers. There was however no clear evidence that any key species have been adversely affected by such construction activities.</dc:description>
