<dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">MORL has commissioned seabird tagging and tracking work to collect data on seabirds in order to inform the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the Round 3 Zone 1 Offshore Wind Farm development in the Moray Firth.

The objectives of the scope of work are:
- Identify linkages between specific seabird colonies and the site.
- Estimate species-specific/site-specific foraging distances/locations for adult seabirds.
- Provide information on the frequency of use of the site by individual adult seabirds for the species and locations selected.
provide information on foraging locations by adult seabirds that can be used for habitat association modelling, and
- To apply dyes to a larger sample of suitable target species, to allow re-sightings of individuals from ongoing boat-based surveys.ES Section - MORL (2012) ES, Volume 10, Appendix 4.5 C</dc:description>
