  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">The Benthic Monitoring Programme (BMP) was produced to fulfill Marine Licence pre-construction requirements. The BMP sets out the scope, methodology and programme for the pre-construction bathymetric, Annex I and Benthic surveys that were to be undertaken before the commencement of construction. The BMP was submitted to the Licencing Authority in March 2012 for agreement.</dc:description>
