  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">This project examines the onshore and offshore elements of the environmental pre-construction monitoring undertaken at the site of the Barrow offshore wind farm to comply with the conditions of the FEPA Act. In some cases repeat surveys will take place to determine the changes following construction or once the wind farm installation is completed. Subsequent annual reports will present results from monitoring surveys during construction and operation, and seek to assess whether any changes seen are a result of wind farm construction or operation.</dc:description>
