  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">SQW have been commisioned Moray Offshore Renewables Ltd. (MORL) to perform the baseline socio-economics impact assessment of the modified offshore transmission infrastructure (OfTI) located in the Moray Firth, Northern North Sea. The study takes into account the economic, social and tourism indicators in the vicinity of theproposed MORL Offshore Substation Platforms (OSPs) and modified offshore export cable corridor which form the modified OfTI to the landfall in the north east of Scotland. The assessment describes the exisiting socio-economic evnvironment and sets ut a baseline of socio-economic indicators. These relate to economic indicators including employment and Gross alue Added (GVA); social indicators such as population, house prices, education and deprivation; tourism indicators including the number of visitors and profile. This series includes reports used in the MORL OfTI Environmental Statement.</dc:description>
