  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Mainstream Renewable Power Limited is currently developing the Neart na Gaoithe Offshore Wind Farm, located 15.5 km off Fife Ness on the east coast of Scotland. Marine and Risk Consultants Limited were commissioned by SeaGreen Wind Energy Limited to undertake a maritime traffic survey of the Forth Estuary Round 3 wind farm area. The vessels were identified using AIS (Automatic Identification System). Data was collected between August 2009 and July 2011.</dc:description>
