  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Moray Offshore Windfarm (West) Limited (MOWWL) is developing the Moray Offshore Wind Farm (Moray OWF) located within Western Development Area of the Outer Moray Firth. MOWWL requested Fugro GB Marine Limited (Fugro) to perform a geotechnical ground investigation to provide soils information at the site. The offshore ground investigation was performed from the Fugro Synergy from 24 October 2018 to 02 November 2018. The survey comprised of 2 boreholes and one bumpover, 2 downhole Cone Penetration Tests (CPTs), 29 Seismic CPTs (SCPTs) and 41 Sound Velocity Tests (SVTs). Laboratory analysis was also completed.</dc:description>
