  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">The following Series contains mulitple Data sets and Reports (27 reports in the form of ES chapters, and where applicable accompanying technical annexes) created as part of the DONG Energy Burbo Extension (UK) Ltd Environmental Statement (ES). The Project submitted this ES as part of an application for development consent under the Planning Act 2008 to the Planning Inspectorate. This ES documents all findings from the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), which was undertaken in accordance with the relevant regulations and guidance. The ES was submitted to the Planning Inspectorate in support of a Development Consents Order (DCO) application, in addition to relevant bodies in respect of other planning and license applications. The Project submitted parallel applications to the Welsh Government Marine Consents Unit for a Marine Licence in Welsh waters, and an application to Denbighshire County Council for planning permission under the Town and Country Planning Act (1990) for the onshore works.</dc:description>
