<dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">This report examines the three aerial based bird surveys that took place at the site of the Barrow offshore wind farm between May and August 2004. The surveys were conducted from a high winged, twin engine plane crusing at approximately 180km/h at 76m (250 feet). The results of the survey show that the most numerous species or group of species recorded was Guillemot/Razorbill, of which 1239 individuals were recorded.</dc:description>
