This part of the Environmental Statement sets out to: define the existing seascape and visual baseline environments; assess their quality and sensitivity to change; describe the key seascape and visual related aspects of the proposed development; describe the nature of the anticipated change upon both the seascape and visual environments; assess the magnitude and significance of the changes for both the construction and operational stages of all onshore and offshore elements; and, describe the mitigation measures that will be incorporated within the proposed development to assist in reducing effects upon particularly sensitive receptor groups and seascape environments. 20020905 2002
