  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">RPS have been commissioned by Moray Offshore Renewables Ltd (MORL) to perform the baseline assessment of other human activities with the vicinity of their modified Offshore Transmission Infrastructure (OfTI) located in the Moray Firth, Norther North Sea. Other Human Activities (with marine components) are described including offshore wind, wave and tidal energy projects and plans, carbon capture and storage plans, military activity, oil and gas activity and infrastructure, marine dredging and disposal, subsea cables and pipelines, telecommunications, unexploded ordinance and aviation. The description of baseline conditions is based on desktop reviews of publicly available information.</dc:description>
