  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">To comply with the conditions of the FEPA Act: Part II for North Hoyle Offshore wind farm monitoring surveys were carried out. The following areas were covered within the monitoring: marine sediments, benthic organisms, fish, marine mammals and ornithology. This monitoring supports the conclusion that North Hoyle offshore wind farm is outside of potential marine SPAs.</dc:description>
