  <dc:description xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">2 years of site specific boat based marine mammal and ornithology surveys were undertaken by The Institute of Estuarine and Coastal Studies (IECS) between December 2009 and October 2011. 

Based on these surveys which can be found in their own separate series, Amec have provided first year and second year reports to present and describe the results of the first and second survey season of boat-based marine mammal surveys. Amec have also provided a baseline report which considers teh results of teh boat-based surveys in addition to a literature review and stakeholder consultation.</dc:description>
