    "description": "This datasets acts as an atlas of marine species for Pembrokeshire including flora and fauna from the intertidal and sublittoral marine zones, funded by the former Countryside Council for Wales (CCW). \r\n\r\nThe purpose of this data capture was to collate and make accessible all historical marine species data for Pembrokeshire between 1899 and 1998. The majority of records are from 1956 to 1998, and this dataset is now classed as static. \r\n\r\nThis dataset is a collation of data from various CCW and third party sources (both published and unpublished) that cover Pembrokeshire. It is comprised of 79 surveys \r\n(available to download on NBN Gateway, see resource locator). This is a historical collation which is not being updated. \r\n\r\nThe data includes all records from the Dale Fort Marine Fauna survey plus additional data from subsequent and prior surveys. Data that are included in the Marine Nature Conservation Review (MNRC) database have been excluded from this dataset to avoid duplication. \r\n\r\nThis dataset comprises of a number of surveys entered into Marine Recorder which have been packaged for dissemination onto the NBN Gateway.\r\n\r\nOnly a redacted version of this data is available under the Open Government Licence and available for public use, see Limitations on Public Access and Use Constraints.",

The sensitive data is as follows: - King Scallop, Pecten maximus (below 10km square). - Queen Scallop, Aequipecten opercularis (below 10km square). - Native Oyster, Ostrea edulis (below 10km square). - Crayfish, Palinurus elephas (below 10km square). - Seahorse, Hippocampus guttulatus (below 10km square). - Short snouted seahorse, Hippocampus hippocampus (below 10km square). - Grey seal, Halichoerus grypus (below 5km square). - All cetaceans, Phocoena phocoena (below 10km square). - Oyster bed habitat IMX.Ost (biotope code) (below 20km square). Sensitive data must be kept confidential; general release is not permitted due to risk of harm to the environment or third parties. Sensitive data may only be released under an appropriate NRW Licence. Requests should be referred to NRW's Access to Information Officer. Data may be released freely if the sensitive records are removed in advance, or shown only at a coarser scale.",
