    "description": "A multibeam bathymetry survey of a previously unsurveyed area of seabed, \r\ncarried out in 2012 between Start Point and West Rutts. This is within the \r\nStart Point to Plymouth Sound and Eddystone Reefs candidate Special Area od \r\nConservation (cSAC) off South Devon.\r\n\r\nTogether, the inshore and offshore elements of the survey work will form the \r\nbasis for mapping extent and assessing baseline conditions of features to \r\nallow any future changes in condition to be detected. The work will build on \r\nthe initial surveys of the area, which have provided the information upon \r\nwhich Natural England have recommended to Defra that these sites be designated \r\nas candidate SACs, under the Habitats Directive.",
