    "description": "These sample data are from sediment cores collected in the North Sea and the \r\nCeltic Seas on three surveys undertaken between 2023 and 2024 using a NIOZ \r\n(Royal Netherlands Institute for Sea Research design) Box Corer during 3 \r\nsurveys conducted by the Research Vessel (RV) Cefas Endeavour. Samples were \r\nanalysed for and data presented for TOxN (Total Oxidized Nitrogen = nitrate + \r\nnitrite), nitrite, soluble reactive silicate (SRS), orthophosphate, and \r\nammoniacal nitrogen (ammonia + ammonium) and used to estimate nutrient fluxes \r\nbetween the seabed and overlying water column.",
