Data include total weight, shell weight, internal tissue \r\nweight, respiration rate, and expression levels of four shell-forming genes \r\nfor all oysters. Stable isotope (SI) composition of the Isochrysis galbana and \r\nNannochloropsis gaditana were measured, as was the SI of the stomach of \r\noysters fed the mixed species diet.",
