    "description": "Estimates of the global warming potential (GWP, carbon impact) and marine \r\neutrophication potential (MEP, nitrogen impact) resulting from seaweed and \r\nmussel aquaculture. These data includes outputs on global warming potential \r\n(GWP, carbon impact, kg carbon dioxide equivalent) and marine eutrophication \r\npotential (MEP, nitrogen impact, kg nitrogen equivalent). Values for the \r\nmussel are given per 1 kg live weight. Values for seaweed are given per 1 \r\nmillion tonnes of wet-weight. These data were collected to understand the role \r\nthat seaweed and bivalve aquaculture can play in achieving Net Zero and \r\neutrophication remediation in England. The life cycle impact assessments \r\n(LCIAs) consider rope grown blue mussels (*Mytilus edulis*) and sugar kelp \r\n(*Saccharina latissima*) in English waters. Mussels are grown for food \r\npurposes, while seaweed is grown for production of biochar and biofuel. The \r\ndata are given as summaries per component of the life cycle impact assessment \r\nas csvs, and the models themselves are exported to text files which can be \r\nused in SimaPro.",
