    "description": "Monitoring of bivalve flesh for the statutory faecal indicator E.coli is a \r\nrequirement under retained EU Regulation 2019/627 to allow the classification \r\nof bivalve mollusc harvesting areas according to their faecal pollution \r\nstatus.
