    "description": "This survey was undertaken by Cefas as part of the North West Groundfish \r\nSurvey, Qtr 3 (FSS: NWGFS);\r\n\r\nStation, catch, length (all species) and biological data (selected species) \r\nfor each of the annual surveys in the Irish Sea and Bristol Channel using \r\nresearch vessels and 4m beam trawls. Data mainly used to create indices of \r\nabundance in support of EU data regulations and as part of an ICES funded \r\nresearch program. Additional aims include collection of benthic, litter, water \r\ntemperature and salinity and acoustic data.\r\n\r\nSurvey took place between 03/03/1994 and 28/03/1994 on Corystes\r\n\r\nEquipment used during this survey :\r\n\r\n\r\n- Beam Trawl 4m steel commercial 3/5 link mat flip up 75mm CE 40mm liner AFT\r\n- Roxanne Standard set-up\r\n- Vertical Profiler CTD Type 8770\r\n\r\nSurvey operations were undertaken on 163 stations\r\n\r\n89 different species were caught on this survey",
