    "description": "The dataset contains count and density (ind./m2) of the sea pens \r\n*Pennatula phosphorea* and *Virgularia mirabilis* in 121 video transects \r\ncollected using a towed camera sledge at Farne Deeps (ICES Functional Unit 6) \r\nin June 2016. The data is saved as a csv file containing the video recording \r\nidentifier, station identifier, video tow start and end coordinates and count \r\nand density of each sea pen species. The sea pen counts were extracted for the \r\npurpose of mapping sea pen density across the Farne Deeps mud basin. The video \r\nfootage was originally collected as part of a programme of stock assessments \r\nfor the Norway lobster (*Nephrops norvegicus*) coordinated by the the ICES \r\nWorking Group on *Nephrops* Surveys (WGNEPS). The video surveys are carried \r\nout annually for specified *Nephrops* fishing grounds (\u2018Functional Units\u2019, \r\nFU) for use by the European Commission to set annual Total Allowable Catches \r\n(TAC\u2019s) at the ICES sub-area level.",
