V- \r\n iral load was measured in viral copies per mg of tissue, AND the raw data \r\n is CT (cycle threshold) values.\r\n- Survival and mortality data for the disease challenge, and the position of \r\n each oyster within the challenge system\r\n- Disease challenge parameters, including feeding, temperature and water \r\n quality measurements\r\n- Illumina MiSeq derived sequencing data produced from a single oyster \r\n experimentally infected with OsHV-1",
