    "description": "The dataset collected includes assessment output relating to the years from \r\n1905 to 2021 inclusive for annual estimates of the following variables for \r\neach stock: the annual recruitment estimate; the stock size (spawning stock \r\nbiomass); landings (tonnes of fish brought to shore); catches (tonnes of fish \r\ncaught at sea); fishing pressure (a fishing mortality rate); the target \r\nfishing mortality that will achieve maximum sustainable yield in the long term \r\n(Fmsy); upper and lower range estimates for Fmsy consistent with multi-annual \r\nplans and ICES advice; a threshold for spawning stock biomass (MSYB trigger), \r\nbelow which fishing mortality should be reduced below Fmsy, following the ICES \r\nadvice rule, to avoid reduced reproductive capacity; a lower limit threshold \r\nfor spawning stock biomass below which there is a high risk of reduced \r\nreproductive capacity (Blim). The stock assessment data for fish and shellfish \r\nstocks of UK interest is used to assess indicators of reproductive capacity \r\n(based on spawning stock biomass) and fishing pressure (based on fishing \r\nmortality). The applicable location for these data differ by stock, but are \r\nrelevant to UK stock areas in the Celtic Sea / North Sea / wider North East \r\nAtlantic / Arctic region.",
