    "description": "In March 2021, GoBe Consultants commissioned HiDef Aerial Surveying Limited (\u2018HiDef\u2019) to undertake \r\n a programme of high-resolution digital video aerial surveys for marine megafauna, ornithological and \r\n human activity over the proposed Green Investment Group (GIG) and TotalEnergies Outer Dowsing\r\n offshore wind development site (\u2018Outer Dowsing\u2019). The Outer Dowsing project is a proposed offshore \r\n wind farm, located approximately 54km from the Lincolnshire coast.\r\n Monthly surveys were flown from March 2021 to February 2022 and September 2022 to August 2023, \r\n with bi-monthly surveys flown between March and September 2022, providing 37 surveys in total. HiDef \r\n designed a survey that placed transects 1.5km apart across the originally proposed Outer Dowsing\r\n development area plus a 4km surrounding buffer (\u2018the survey area\u2019). The total survey area was \r\n approximately 926km2\r\n .",
