    "description": "This report summarises the findings of the two first year pre-construction otter and beam trawl surveys undertaken in the area of the proposed Lincs offshore wind farm, located five miles off the coast of Skegness. The first survey was undertaken between the 8th and 9th September and the second was undertaken between the 2nd and 4th October 2010. The surveys utilised the \u201cJubilee Spirit\u201d , a Grimsby based commercial demersal trawler whose skipper has experience fishing the area. The survey methodology, vessel and gear specifications, and sampling operations are detailed in the first survey report: Lincs Offshore Wind Farm, Pre-Construction Otter and Beam Trawl Survey, September 2010, Interim Report",
