Analysis revealed significant concentrations of waterbirds in regions like Liverpool Bay and identified critical habitats and data gaps, particularly for potential Special Protection Areas. \r\n\r\nThe surveys provided vital baseline data for environmental impact assessments in wind farm planning, demonstrated the need for continued synchronized monitoring and central coordination to improve coverage and inform policy decisions, and recommended further assessment of unsurveyed areas and ongoing collaboration among stakeholders to ensure ecologically responsible offshore wind farm development.",
