The manual counts were undertaken by the Baptie Group at the intersections of Head Hill Road/Whitstable Road, and Monkshill Road/Seasalter Road. The automatic traffic surveys were carried out by Kent Highways Unit in Graveney and Goodstone during May 2004.",
